untuk Kamu
Pretending to be strong, hard, pretending not to care... are you happy living like that?
its good to be honest sometimes.
semoga ada bahagia untuk ku nanti...semoga pintu hatinya terbuka mencintaiku sepenuh hati
Lirik Lagu Ombak Rindu–Hafiz/Adira
Adira :
Tuhan tolong lembutkan hati dia
Untuk terima ku seadanya
Kerna ku tak sanggup
Kerna ku tak mampu
Hidup tanpa dia di sisi ku
Hafiz :
Tuhan aku tahu banyak dosa ku
Hanya ingat Kamu kala duka ku
Namun hanya Kamu yang mampu membuka
Pintu hatinya untuk cintaku
Adira :
Malam kau bawalah rinduku
Untuk dirinya yang jauh dari ku
Agar dia tidak kesepian
Selalu rasa ada cinta agung
Hafiz :
Hujan bawa air mata ku
Yang mengalir membasuh luka ku
Agar dia tahu ku terseksa
Tanpa cinta dia di hatiku
Hafiz & Adira :
Hanya mampu terserah
Moga cahaya di penanti
Hafiz:
Tuhan tolong lembutkan hati dia
Untuk terima ku seadanya
Adira:
Kerna ku tak sanggup
Kerna ku tak mampu
Hidup tanpa dia di sisi ku
The real synopsis from wikipedia.
Pak cik Taha banyak berhutang.
Bagaimanakah tindakan Datuk Sufiah setelah mengetahui cerita sebenarnya?

Person of Interest
the one thing about tv shows are all about conflicts. its not possible to have dramatic
shows witout conflicts. dramas need great conflict that cant be resolved easily. conflicts
have to worsen. thats the basic rule of dramas. there's one more thing i've heard time and
time again. its that dramas are our lives. when conflicts are met on tv shows, directors
are excited. A solution always awaits the conflicts that arise. taking on such conflicts
isn't big deal. but in real life, the solutions that we come up with cause even more
conflicts.

Listening to the song, I can fall asleep very well...Recent days I'm loving piano :)
Listening to the song, I can fall asleep very well...Recent days I'm loving piano :)
it's just like hugging a cloud,,, which you never can hug,,,
it's just like kissing a mist,,, which you never can kiss,,,
it's just like touching the air,,, which you never can touch,,,
it's just like following shadow,,, which you never can follow,,,
it's just like loving you,,, who can't be mine,,,
In my view this is not just a song. For me it is a love story! It contains everything. And as usual love stories cause love in your heart & so does this song!
Thank you,

Rindu..
Engkau tersenyum malu
Bila ku bertanya
Adakah diriku ada di hatimu
Aku amat terasa
Lirikan manjamu
Membuat diriku terus terlena
Indahnya rasa bila dicintai
Hidup ini terasa di syurga
Tak sabar menunggu hari esok
Umpama mawar yang sedang mekar
Oh kasihku
Cintailah diriku
Sayangilah hatiku
Sepenuh jiwamu
Indahnya rasa bila dicintai
Hidup ini terasa di syurga
Tak sabar menunggu hari esok
Umpama mawar yang sedang mekar
Indahnya rasa bila dicintai
Hidup ini terasa di syurga
Tak sabar menunggu hari esok
Umpama mawar yang sedang mekar

melunchtak...
......Nice one
So today I am just going to address health issues and publish what the doctor said would be considered a healthy lifestyle. But I did not write this piece though. Someone sent it to me and I don’t know who wrote it.
Q: Doctor, I've heard that cardiovascular exercise can prolong life. Is this true?
A: Your heart is only good for so many beats, and that's it. Don't waste it on exercise.
Everything wears out eventually. Speeding up your heart will not make you live longer. That's like saying you can extend the life of your car by driving it faster.
Want to live longer? Take a nap.
Q: Should I cut down on meat and eat more fruits and vegetables?
A: You must grasp logistical efficiencies. What does a cow eat? Hay and corn!
And what are these? Vegetables. So a steak is nothing more than an efficient mechanism of delivering vegetables to your system. Need grain? Eat chicken.
Beef is also a good source of field grass (green leafy vegetable).
And a pork chop can give you 100% of your recommended daily allowance of vegetable products.
Q: Should I reduce my alcohol intake?
A: No, not at all. Wine is made from fruit. Brandy is distilled wine. That means they take the water out of the fruity bit so you get even more of the goodness that way. Beer is also made out of grain. Bottoms up!
Anyway, 1% of traffic accidents are caused by drunk drivers. So people who don’t drink are very dangerous because they cause 99% of traffic accidents.
Q: How can I calculate my body/fat ratio?
A: Well, if you have a body and you have fat, your ratio is one to one.
If you have two bodies, your ratio is two to one, etc.
Q: What are some of the advantages of participating in a regular exercise program?
A: Can't think of a single one, sorry. My philosophy is: No Pain ... Good!
Q: Aren't fried foods bad for you?
A: YOU'RE NOT LISTENING!!! .... Foods are fried these days in vegetable oil.
In fact, they're permeated in it. How could getting more vegetables be bad for you?
Q: Will sit-ups help prevent me from getting a little soft around the middle?
A: Definitely not! When you exercise a muscle, it gets bigger.
You should only be doing sit-ups if you want a bigger stomach.
Q: Is chocolate bad for me?
A: Are you crazy? HELLO … Cocoa beans! Another vegetable!!!
It's the best feel-good food around!
Q: Is swimming good for your figure?
A: If swimming is good for your figure, explain whales to me.
Q: Is getting in-shape important for my lifestyle?
A: Hey! 'Round' is a shape!
Well, I hope this has cleared up any misconceptions you may have had about food and diets.
And remember: 'Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Chardonnay in one hand, chocolate in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming, 'WOO HOO, what a Ride!'
AND.....
For those of you who watch what you eat, here's the final word on nutrition and health. It's a relief to know the truth after all those conflicting nutritional studies.
1. The Japanese eat very little fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.
2. The Mexicans eat a lot of fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.
3. The Chinese drink very little red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.
4. The Italians drink a lot of red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.
5. The Germans drink a lot of beer and eat lots of sausages and fats and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.
CONCLUSION
1. Eat and drink what you like.
2. Speaking American English is apparently what kills you.
3. 'Today’ is a gift. That is why it is called ‘The Present’.

Advice from a former player to anyone already playing or thinking of plunging into WoW, male, female, or otherwise: don't. Do something else. Please. The rewards of the game are either intangible or impermenent; the treasure is obviously not real but even sense of accomplishment is quickly forgotten when you realize you just spent a week trying to get a sword made of pixels, and they just came out with a slightly better sword that's going to take another week to get, and that they're just going to string you along like this forever.
The social aspect of the game is secondary. Real life tends to serve that need better anyway. (I realize the article on this page is about a woman finding a partner through WoW. Good on her, but she's the exception rather than the rule; make no mistake, this game destroys more relationships than it builds, with family, friends, everyone.) Even if you don't play to the point of addiction, even if you're "well adjusted" and indulge responsibly, any benefit you can claim to get from this game is bested by something in real life that yields real results.
The alternative? Take heed of the ever increasing droves who spend their free time hiding in fantasy worlds and go shape the real world, the only world that matters, to your will while legions of "gamers" bravely dare to accomplish squat. If after two years have passed, you've learned a new language, created a social circle that you interact with face-to-face and volunteered in your community while your peers are still playing WoW, you've left one of the more useless portions of humanity in your dust.
Or just call me mean and retreat back into pretend land, won't hurt my feelings.
